Mountain Living Furniture & Design is delighted to provide complimentary design services to our valued
customers. Our staff is very experienced and excels at providing friendly and knowledgeable design services to any of
our customers that feel it might be of benefit to them. We will gladly come to your home, take measurements, perform
an on-site analysis, and offer design proposals designed to maximize the appeal and warmth of your house/condominium.
Our goal is to best meet both your design objectives and budget, and utimately make you a happy customer who will recommend
us to others and return for our services again in the future. Along with our design services, we offer custom window treatments. We carry brands such as Hunter Douglas and Castec for pre-made shades, as well as custom-made fabric treatments, including custom length draperies, top treatments, and shades. We can help you make your home and windows beautiful at the same time. If you place your home, townhome or condo in a rental pool, then we have a program designed specifically to address your needs. We are very familiar with the Vail Valley Partnership's Lodging Quality Assurance (LQA) program, which assigns a rating (Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum) to each unit, and is intended to ensure consistent quality standards across myriad properties and ultimately increase customer satisfaction for our visitors. We are a Certified Vendor in this program and can help you attain a desired rating for you unit, which in turn will help ensure your unit gets rented out more quickly, consistently and profitably. Please call us and discuss any needs you have with respect to improving the rating and rental potential of your unit. We have our own in-house professional delivery staff. We take great care and pride in delivering and installing your home furnishings in pristine condition. For new homeowners, we have a program tailored to meet your needs. This program includes our complimentary design services, proposals tailored to meet the objectives of the homeowner, pricing discounts on volume purchases, and a flexible policy allowing some exchange of items to help achieve the desired look and ambiance. For Property Managers
and the properties they manage, we have a Property Manager Incentive Program which allows participating PM's to earn credits
toward the purchase of furnishings for the common areas. Ask us about it!
